Most orders ship UPS Ground or Common Carrier. Orders will ship at the earliest available time once stock is sufficient. Charges are based on the weight and dimensions of the package as well as the distance the package is shipping.
Weights listed in our catalog are approximate weights per unit. Prime Paper Online cannot be held responsible for differences in actual freight versus quoted freight charges. Prime Paper Online reserves the right to submit supplemental invoices after the original invoice has been issued.
Additional charges per carton may be required if UPS is requested on a large quantity shipment which would otherwise by shipped via pallets through a common carrier. Special freight fees may apply under the following circumstances: inside delivery; redelivery; COD.
We accept returns of merchandise under the following conditions:
If your merchandise meets the above criteria, you can return items within thirty (30) days for a refund. All refunds must have prior authorization from Prime Paper Online. If an item arrived damaged or we made an error in shipping you the wrong item, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can arrange to exchange the item at no cost to you. If you decide to return goods for any other reason, you need to contact us at email@example.com for a return authorization number. Upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise we will issue a credit, less a 20% restocking fee. You will also be required to pay for any and all shipping and handling costs associated with the transaction. Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom manufactured or printed products unless the product is defective or manufactured incorrectly.
All claims must be settled within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Once shipments are picked up, the carrier assumes full responsibility for delivery of the order. If a shipment arrives damaged or delayed, all claims must be filed with the carrier.
